Accounts Receivable Supervisor Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite) Salary: $68,000 - $82,000 DOE Join a growing food manufacturing company where your leadership helps drive cash flow, customer relationships, and financial performance. Our client has built a strong reputation for quality products and long-term partnerships throughout California. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who can lead the receivables function while helping improve processes and support a high-performing accounting team. This is more than a collections role. You'll oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, mentor staff, and partner with sales and leadership to ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting. The Opportunity As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day AR function while serving as a key resource for the accounting department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and building strong customer relationships.
