Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite) Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE Join a thriving food production company where accounting plays a strategic role in driving business performance. Our client is a well-established organization with a strong reputation for quality, operational excellence, and continued growth throughout California. They're seeking an Accounting Manager who can lead the day-to-day accounting function while partnering with leadership to improve processes and support key business decisions. This is more than a management role. You'll lead a talented accounting team, oversee financial operations, and help shape the financial direction of a growing organization. The Opportunity As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and mentor a team of accounting professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, technical accounting, and process improvement.
