Job Description Recruiter Job Summary The recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring technical talent, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and driving process improvements within the talent acquisition function. Responsibilities
- Sourcing technical talent such as Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure professionals.
- Driving stakeholder relationships, including intake meetings, weekly check-ins, collecting feedback, and managing offer negotiations.
- Leading offer negotiations with candidates in partnership with compensation, hiring managers, and HR while aligning with candidate expectations.
- Participating in daily and weekly team meetings to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and propose solutions that benefit the broader team.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as IT, HR, compensation, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting with a clear focus on specific technical roles rather than generalist recruiting.
- Ability to conduct thorough screening of technical talent for both hard skills and culture fit.
- Strong communication skills, including clear outreach, effective candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
- Experience conducting passive and strategic sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other talent platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and conversion metrics to build effective sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent software tools.
- College degree preferred.
- Passive and strategic sourcing (Boolean search, LinkedIn, market mapping).
- Data analysis to inform sourcing strategies and track conversion metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication for candidate outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical fluency to assess skills of software engineers and related technical roles.
- Industry awareness, including talent and market trends in technology.
- Critical thinking to identify process improvements and drive practical solutions.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles such as Full Stack Engineers, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure professionals.
- Track record of partnering with hiring managers and HR to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
- Experience using data and metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort participating in and contributing to team meetings focused on continuous improvement.
- General proficiency with common office productivity software.
