Manufacturing Production Supervisor (2nd or 3rd Shift Available)

About the Role We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing operations within an assembly and/or shipping environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Supervise a team of hourly employees in assigned production areas (assembly/shipping). Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet production schedules. Monitor processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards. Maintain accurate production records, including time and attendance. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost savings. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Communicate company policies and foster a positive team environment. Address employee concerns and handle initial grievance steps. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related manufacturing experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems. Effective communication and leadership skills.
