The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Paradigm Labs, Inc.’s portfolio of specialty chemical products across targeted markets. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating technical support with internal teams, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries.The role also involves negotiating pricing and contract terms, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with operations and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will contribute to sales forecasts, participate in product training, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and respond effectively to customer needs.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, closing, and account management.Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales planning, coaching, and knowledge sharing.Knowledge of industrial or specialty chemical products and applications is highly beneficial.Ability to interpret technical information and explain product benefits in clear, practical terms.Strong organizational, time management, and CRM proficiency to manage pipelines and documentation.Comfort with on-site customer visits, travel within the region, and working in industrial environments.Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
