Job Title Associate Job Summary As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store’s success and contributing to company growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred). Customer‑Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Tech‑Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements Set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required. Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies. Clear spoken English; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English. Must be at least 18 years or older. (Individuals 16 years or older may be eligible for hire in certain locations.) Physical Demands Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day. Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on racks. May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs. Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly; weights may be higher in certain circumstances. Must have good vision, including color differentiation. Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
