Tradewin is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead our TradeDesk operations focused on dedicated key account operations as well as one of the HTS Classification verticals. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 operational employees focused on: * HTS Classification * Shipment Management * Document Generation * Partner Government Agency (PGA) Requirements The Managing Consultant will report directly to the Senior Manager of TradeDesk and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage daily operations of the TradeDesk team. * Ensure accurate and timely execution of HTS classification and shipment document creation. * Oversee compliance with PGA requirements and other regulatory obligations. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. * Manage customer escalations and relationships to enhance customer partnerships. * Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management for team members. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and deliver solutions. * Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience in HTS Classification, trade compliance, customs operations, or international logistics. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. * Knowledge of PGA regulatory frameworks and documentation standards. * Experience managing operational teams in a consulting or logistics environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
