ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees banquet functions including Pine Room & Zoo banquets. Attend BEO meetings. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Ensure proper control procedures are being followed. Maintain a level of service that exceeds guest expectations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Banquet Captain directly supervises to the extent of assigning and monitoring daily tasks of 11-25 employees in the Food & Beverage Banquet Department. Refers issues relating to organization's policy to the Assistant Manager and/or Manager of the department.
