Position Details Starting paid training in a remote work environment. All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires. Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11am‑8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change. All computer equipment provided. Home‑office space required with dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Qualifications 2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty license required after hire.
