Job SummaryWe are seeking a personable and motivated Public Relations Assistant to support outreach initiatives, customer engagement, promotional activities, and positive brand representation. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, and gaining practical experience in public relations and business development.
Responsibilities- Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives.
- Communicate information about products, services, and promotional opportunities.
- Engage with customers and prospective customers during outreach activities.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events and community activities.
- Assist with organizing promotional materials and outreach resources.
- Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and community members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous public relations, communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events experience is a plus but not required.
