AGM / Operations Manager
Full-Time 40-50 hrs/wk
$64,200/year + Key Performance Incentives 10,000-$30,000
The Assistant General Manager / Operations Manager supports the store leadership in running day-to-day operations, manages inventory and vendor relationships, and steps in as the leader on duty when the store leadership is off-site. Key responsibilities include:

• Support store leadership in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance
• Manage all inventory operations, control procedures, and management systems
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and develop replenishment schedules
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Ensure all inventory and operations comply with cannabis regulations and maintain proper documentation
• Serve as acting manager on duty when store leadership is unavailable

KPI Structure:

• Changes quarterly
• 3 tiers to earn as you help grow the business 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 5+ years of management or operations experience, preferably in retail or cannabis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred
