Business Operations Ads Manager 4 - 16012 Duration: 6+ Months Location: New York, NY Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home NO C2C due to client restrictions Overview Business Operations Ads Manager 4 - 16012 Top 3 Skill Sets: Must have Digital Ad or Business Operations experience Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills Responsibilities Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies Define end to end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution Identify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutions Identify and document necessary policies and support structures Enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies Build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales Systems Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow Enhance day-to-day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to: Creative tracking and execution Campaign reporting Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools Policy enforcement Campaign success Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business Collaborate with members of Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Operations teams to create automated, scalable solutions Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations Qualifications 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands Must be task driven and be able to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources Bachelor’s degree in business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Advertising, Marketing, and Project Management Industries: Retail Appliances, Electrical, and Electronic Equipment; Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing; Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Transcend Solutions
