We run LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads for B2B software and technology companies, and we take LinkedIn Ads more seriously than anyone else. Our founder, Anthony Blatner, is a Top 50 LinkedIn Certified Marketing Expert, a LinkedIn Learning instructor, and host of LinkedIn Ads Radio. We’re hiring a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to build, launch and report on campaigns across our client accounts. You make sure every campaign goes live right, on time, and stays clean, so our account leads can focus on clients and strategy. What the work actually looks like Building and launching campaigns in LinkedIn, Google and Meta from the account plan. Uploading audiences and lists, adjusting bids and budgets, and resetting budgets each month. Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, Zapier. Pulling weekly performance into our reports and Looker Studio dashboards, and flagging what changed. Digging into spreadsheets and client CRM data to find the trends that improve performance. Using AI to run bulk operations and bulk analysis: building and editing campaigns at scale, and working through large exports across accounts. Writing first-draft ad copy variations from a brief. QA-ing every build against our launch checklist before it goes live. This is an in-the-platform role. You’ll join some client calls to listen and learn, but our account leads run them. The three things you must be excellent at Accuracy. You build to spec: naming conventions, UTMs, exclusions, conversion events, budgets. You catch the error before it goes live. A wrong exclusion or an untracked conversion costs a client real money. Speed and reliability. You turn tasks around quickly, hit deadlines, and nobody has to chase you. Clear reporting. You pull the numbers, notice what moved, and tell the account lead in plain language. You’re probably a fit if You have 3-5 years hands-on in paid social and paid search, and you’re an expert in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads. Hands-on means you were the one in the account. You really enjoy digging into spreadsheets and CRMs, and finding the trends that improve performance. You use AI tools every day to work faster, especially for bulk edits and analysis. You’re comfortable in reporting tools like Looker Studio. You write clean, clear ad copy. You follow paid media closely and you’re active on LinkedIn. You’re responsive on Slack and you don’t go quiet when things get busy. You’re based in the United States or Canada. You’re probably not a fit if You want to lead client meetings and set strategy from day one. There’s room to grow into that here, but this role starts in the accounts. Speed matters more to you than getting the details right. You don’t enjoy being heads down and digging through spreadsheets. How success is measured Campaigns launch on time and error-free against the launch checklist. Weekly reports are accurate, on time, and call out what changed. Tasks are turned around within agreed deadlines, without follow-up. Compensation and details $5,800 to $7,100/month retainer (about $70,000 to $85,000/year), based on experience. Paid in USD. 1099 contract, about 40 hours/week, remote. You’ll work within our established process using ClickUp, Slack, Looker Studio, Zapier and Claude.
