Executive Operations Coordinator

Executive Operations CoordinatorThis is a full-time, in-office position at our Tampa office. It is not remote or hybrid.This is not a traditional administrative-assistant position. The person selected will work directly with our President and Chief Legal Officer across mortgage lending, title operations, executive projects, compliance, recruiting, event follow-up, content management, and implementation of Microsoft 365/Copilot workflows.You will need to receive an assignment, understand the objective, organize the work, prepare a strong first draft or recommended next step, and follow the matter through to completion without constant reminders.Marketing experience is helpful, but this is not primarily a marketing position. You will manage and execute recurring marketing initiatives, including event follow-up campaigns and the company's content calendar, as part of a broader executive-operations role.
