Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established, engineering and consulting firm with a long history of partnering with organizations throughout Michigan. As the organization prepares for a pending planned retirement, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead meaningful infrastructure projects, serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, and mentor the next generation of engineering talent. You'll inherit established client relationships, lead a talented team of engineers, and have the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing municipal practice. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building long-term partnerships, and developing people.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience with a background supporting municipal infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability or desire to mentor and develop engineers
- A collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex problems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
