Application Support Analyst - Utilities

Job Description

Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst – Utilities to support mission-critical enterprise applications for a leading client in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting utility platforms such as ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management systems, along with advanced SQL/PLSQL skills and expertise troubleshooting production issues in a 24x7 environment.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 2 months

Key qualifications include:

Experience supporting Energy & Utilities applications
Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills
Production support, debugging, and log analysis experience
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Utility industry experience highly preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
