Child Mental Health TherapistFamily Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Mental Health Therapist to join our Family Based Mental Health Program primarily at our Kittanning office. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to children and their families.QualificationsChild Mental Health Therapist:Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Clinical experience working with children and families is preferred. Two years of relevant experience working with children. LPC Supervision available.Child Mental Health Worker:Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. One year of relevant experience working with children. Family Based Certification is possible after 3 years with salary increase.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and families.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and their support system.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each child and family.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.Salary and BenefitsChild Mental Health Therapist: $49,909.00 to $52,000.00 annually with excellent benefits.Child Mental Health Case Worker: $42,482.18 to $44,906.42 (FB Certified) annually with excellent benefits.Additional RequirementsEvening and weekend on-call responsibilities are a key aspect of this position.Successful candidates must pass Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer (EOE) committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
