Responsibilities Prepare and distribute recurring client invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Gather supporting documentation and vendor‑related billing information for customer accounts Monitor incoming payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate account records Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances through professional phone and email communication Compile operational and financial reporting for leadership and external partners Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to billing activity and account management Provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions as needed Assist with special projects and day‑to‑day office coordination within a fast‑paced environment Requirements Prior experience within billing, receivables, or customer account support required Exposure to office administration, operations coordination, or business support functions preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Experience utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a professional phone presence Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Self‑directed and detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working independently while also contributing within a small team setting This is a fully onsite opportunity with compensation up to $64,000 depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
