Product Manager

Job Summary Our client, a leader in the convenience-retail industry, is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join their team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure all product activities and development processes are on track. You will identify, scope and design product strategy and user experiences that facilitate company goals. You will also collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance and engineering to implement and deliver application features that enable and enhance driver experience, optimize last mile operations & delivery experience. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Contract Details Contract Work Location: Irving, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Core Responsibilities Conduct, and analyze feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure the team is designing the correct solutions Work with senior management to create and execute on the product roadmap by working across multiple functions Work closely with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes and write specifications for new features and changes Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 5+ years of product management & UX experience 2+ years in leading product teams Practical experience in managing tech platforms, with a good foundation in Micro service architecture, APIs, and SQL etc Experience as a team lead working with other disciplines to identify, scope, and execute critical projects Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience supporting digital products in the retail industry Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong analytical ability and experience making data-based decisions that elevate teams, members, and products Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence A doer who builds trust within teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle Work Environment Location: Irving, TX Onsite Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
