**Job Summary:**
Join our team as an Assistant Line Lead at Maxton NC and play a key role in supporting the production team. You will assist the Line Lead in overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, and fostering a safe workplace.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Line Lead in supervising production line activities
- Monitor assembly line operations to guarantee accurate and efficient product assembly
- Train new team members on production procedures and safety protocols
- Identify and promptly address any production process issues or defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
