RN – Hospice – Travel
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in hospice care for a travel assignment in Clarksburg, WV. This role involves providing compassionate care to terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities, covering a smaller area within seven counties. The assignment is set in a post-acute care environment with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Key Responsibilities of the RN – Hospice – Travel:
- Provide end-of-life care to terminally ill patients
- Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day within an 8-hour shift
- Utilize EPIC for charting and patient records
- Coordinate with another RN to cover designated counties
Requirements of the RN – Hospice – Travel:
- Minimum of 1 year hospice experience
- Valid RN license in WV
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Experience using EPIC EMR system
