About the Role
We're hiring 3 Office Data / Admin Assistants in Anchorage — and this role is built around your schedule, not the other way around. Earn $20–$22/hour, part-time, with flexible hours between 15 and 30 a week, making it a great fit for college students or anyone juggling other commitments. You'll enter and maintain accurate data across our systems while working closely with multiple departments, building real office and data skills in a stable, year-round Anchorage company.
What You'll Do
- Enter data from various sources into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Update and maintain databases with current information
- Verify data against source documents
- Retrieve data from databases or files as requested
- Perform regular data backups
- Respond to information requests and locate relevant files
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow data integrity and security procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior data entry or related office experience
- Strong, accurate typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Preferred
- Experience with data entry software or databases
- Comfort with general office equipment
Job Details
- Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
- Part-time: 15–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling — we'll work around class schedules and other commitments
- 3 positions open
- On-site, indoor work environment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
