Located at Napleton's Downtown Porsche, the Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by presenting vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape. Utilize cutting‑edge Fixed Operations Technology Other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements: Exceptional Customer Service Skills German/Porsche Experience Preferred Tech Savvy – able to learn and utilize technology Dealership Service Experience Required Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
