Job Title: Long Term Care Pharmacist (Contract) Payrate: $64.27 an hr Location: Vineland, NJ 08361 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, M-F 8 am - 5 pm Contract to hire Openings: 1 Job Summary A-Line Staffing is hiring a Long Term Care Pharmacist for an onsite contract role in Vineland, NJ . In this role, you’ll dispense medications, counsel patients and caregivers, support safe medication use, and oversee pharmacy operations and staff in a long-term care environment. Responsibilities Accept and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state/federal laws Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files Counsel patients on medication usage, dosing, side effects, and interactions Monitor medication compliance and identify over-usage patterns Communicate drug-related concerns to physicians and other healthcare practitioners Compound medications (including preparation of sterile solutions following proper procedures) Educate patients on proper use of devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters) Support wellness services as needed (e.g., smoking cessation, blood pressure/cholesterol education) Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, etc.) Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical/medical supplies Requirements PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) required Active pharmacist license in the state (NJ) required Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant documentation Ability to work onsite in Vineland, NJ Benefits (per client program) Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year Apply Now If you’re a licensed Pharmacist interested in a Long Term Care setting and available for a full-time onsite contract in Vineland, NJ, apply today.
