As a Business Recruiter, you will join a growing Recruiting team in San Francisco and take ownership of full-cycle hiring across various GTM, G&A, and Operations roles from sourcing and outreach to offer. Recruiting is one of the primary drivers of our growth, and maintaining a high hiring bar is central to how we operate. You will partner directly with hiring managers and founders to shape hiring strategy, build pipeline, and close top talent in a competitive market. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the team and culture at one of the most exciting startups in AI.

Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A, and Operations functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and sourcing strategies

Build and maintain pipelines through proactive outbound outreach, competitive research, and community-based sourcing

Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that reflects the company's voice and mission

Manage offers end-to-end, understanding what motivates each candidate and maintaining strong acceptance rates in competitive markets

Coordinate closely with Sourcers and RCs to keep handoffs clean and candidates moving

Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and process improvements; build lightweight infrastructure like scorecards and debrief guides as you go

Contribute to recruiting operations, tooling, and best practices as the team scales

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably in AI, dev tools, or B2B SaaS environments

Hands-on experience owning recruiting for GTM or G&A functions across multiple verticals; you understand how these teams operate and what good looks like in each, but can also quickly ramp on new roles you've never recruited for

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a creative approach to finding talent outside of the usual channels

A track record of closing top talent in competitive markets; you understand what motivates candidates beyond comp and manage objections before they become drop-offs

Experience as a genuine strategic partner to hiring managers: advising on scope, leveling, interview design, and offer strategy

Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers, with the ability to grasp technical concepts, and pitch the company in a compelling way

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high and evolving hiring standards

Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby, and sourcing platforms like Juicebox

A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in AI and building great teams

In-office policy: We're an in-person team based out of offices in San Francisco, London and Bangalore. We love being in the office, hanging out together, and learning from each other every day.
