About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail branch office, providing supervisory oversight to a team, and ensuring the achievement of branch objectives. This role involves supervising activities, monitoring workflows, and maintaining operational excellence in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Assistant Branch Manager will also be involved in identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and will be expected to create a cohesive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment. Applicants for the Assistant Branch Manager position at the company should have a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years' related experience. Strong leadership skills, a professional and positive image, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment are essential. The role requires basic proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM, as well as the ability to coach the team in digital technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting sales targets, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A background in banking and related management experience is preferred, and the candidate must be willing to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
