Job Description: Position Overview: As a Marketing Associate at Maya Chia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with a variety of tasks, including content creation, campaign management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented individual with experience in content creation and a portfolio of work to share. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. Create, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials. Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, events, and meetings. Maintain and organize marketing databases, files, and records. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed. Utilize the Shopify platform to manage and update the company’s e-commerce store. Use Adobe Creative Suite programs to create and edit marketing materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio of work to share. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems. Must have experience with the Shopify platform. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
