Licensed Civil Engineer

Licensed Civil Engineer – Oklahoma City Metro, Oklahoma Garver’s growing Oklahoma Aviation team is seeking an experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to perform a wide array of aviation‑related design, planning, grant administration, and client management services for General Aviation and Commercial Air Service Airports. Responsibilities Project support/management for runway and taxiway construction, airfield lighting and signage installation, access road construction, drainage improvement, and pavement rehabilitation projects. Significant design and construction oversight for multiple general aviation clients. Collaborate and coordinate design teams consisting of multi‑discipline design engineers and technicians. Coordinate with clients and funding agencies. Provide outstanding service. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program. 4+ years of related experience. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D. PE in Oklahoma, or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Strong written and oral communication skills with both internal employees and external clients. Some travel may be required (approximately 10% with occasional overnight).
