$2481.54/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment. The role involves managing neuro patients and collaborating across multiple hospital campuses to ensure quality outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients, focusing on neurological conditions. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition. Perform accurate assessments, document findings, and communicate essential information to the healthcare team. Follow all safety protocols, including certification and licensure standards. Float between units and campuses as needed, maintaining professionalism and flexibility. Complete required documentation and compliance processes within designated timeframes. Qualifications: Hold a valid California RN license uploaded within the last 2 weeks. Possess at least 3 years of ICU nursing experience, with proficiency in neuro patient care. BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC must be current and uploaded. Demonstrate strong clinical skills in neurological assessments and critical care interventions. Be flexible to float between units and campuses, with a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience. Ability to work night shifts, 3x12-hour, with on-call availability as needed.
