Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
- Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and document care and outcomes.
- Support discharge planning and transition of care as appropriate, ensuring patient and family understanding.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license (or eligible)
- ER nursing experience or demonstrated capability in a critical care environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel to the assignment location and commit to a 13-week contract
