Front Desk Associate
Concourse Bowling Center – Anaheim, CA
Concourse Bowling Center is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, check in reservations, and assign lanes
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Answer phones, field questions about pricing, hours, and events
- Monitor lane availability and manage wait lists during peak hours
- Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and presentable
- Communicate with floor staff to coordinate lane turns and guest needs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tasks
- Reliable with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Able to stay organized and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous front desk, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm when it gets busy, and takes ownership of the guest experience from the moment they walk in.
