About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers while promoting mobile surgical technology solutions that support patient care and clinical efficiency. The Territory Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and provide consultative sales support to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices across multiple specialties.
Success in this position requires the ability to manage a large geographic territory, build long-term customer partnerships, and effectively communicate the clinical and operational benefits of advanced medical technology solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a competitive market, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and key clinical stakeholders.
Present mobile surgical technology solutions through consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of services.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide ongoing support and identify future opportunities.
Manage territory activities, sales forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
Participate in regional meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed.
Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel when required.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of successful medical device sales experience.
Experience selling within the operating room environment.
Demonstrated success selling directly to surgeons and healthcare providers.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage a large geographic sales territory.
Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

Preferred:
Experience selling in a highly competitive healthcare market.
Previous experience managing a multi-city or regional sales territory.
Strong understanding of hospital and surgical center purchasing processes.
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
