Territory Sales Manager (West Coast)

Field Sales Representative XDS Bicycles seeks a Field Sales Representative to build XDS presence in North America, focusing on opening new dealer accounts across a defined territory in California, Oregon, and Washington. The role is hands‑on and field‑based; the candidate will spend most days out in the market, walking into bike shops, engaging with shop owners and managers, and building face‑to‑face relationships. Territory California, Oregon, and Washington. Key Responsibilities Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships. Prospect in person within the territory, including cold walk‑ins. Take deals from first conversation through initial order. Train shop staff on product and positioning. Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics. Represent XDS in a professional, consistent manner. Qualifications Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory). 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads. Ability to build interest and convert into sales. Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person. Strong organization and follow‑up skills. Background or interest in cycling or performance sports. Success Metrics (1st Year) Opening new dealer accounts. Hitting agreed revenue targets. Establishing active dealers and demo placements. Maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistent territory coverage. Compensation and Benefits Salary plus commission structure (expected OTE $125k). Demo bike fleet and comprehensive travel allowances.
