Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and guidelines, to identify the mental health needs of clients accurately. Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical standards of practice. Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and training sessions aimed at professional growth and skill enhancement. Qualifications A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within the state of Massachusetts. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health interventions.
