Licensed Mental Health CounselorWe're looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote outpatient practice and provide therapy to adults throughout Massachusetts. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the flexibility of working entirely online. You'll meet with clients for scheduled sessions, complete initial evaluations, establish appropriate goals, and provide ongoing care based on their individual needs.The role includes:Conducting clinical assessments and intake evaluationsProviding individual psychotherapy through telehealthEstablishing and reviewing treatment goalsMonitoring client progress and responding to changes in presentationCompleting required clinical records accurately and within established timelinesPracticing in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and professional standardsIdeal candidates will have an active independent counseling license in Massachusetts, experience working with adult clients, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage their work effectively in a remote environment.
