Work Environment

This role is designed to be remote, promoting flexibility and work-life balance while still enabling our therapists to engage meaningfully with clients through telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office serves as a base for collaborative engagements with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and emotional needs, utilizing screening tools and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and tailored to meet each client's unique goals.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions: individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, ensuring evidence-based methodologies are utilized.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress towards treatment goals, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to respond compassionately and effectively during critical situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive care team, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to holistic treatment approaches.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices through professional development and continuous education.
• Participate actively in supervision sessions that foster growth in clinical competencies and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Uphold ethical practices as dictated by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
