Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, documenting clients' mental health histories and ongoing treatment needs using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by applying data-driven methods to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy to suit the individual needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and management for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with case managers and other providers, ensuring a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with clinical practices and mental health research.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are a diverse group of individuals seeking help for various mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping skills and resilience while navigating these issues with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with a valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by Washington State regulations.
• Solid grounding in a range of psychotherapy modalities, with experience treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Proficient in managing a caseload in a fast-paced environment, adapting to client needs as they evolve.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, underscoring the importance of building rapport with clients and team members.
• Clean history regarding Medical Malpractice claims, verified by a third-party service.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse client populations and familiarity with cultural competency in mental health care.
• Background in crisis intervention and management, with practical skills to navigate acute situations effectively.
• Comfortable using advanced telehealth technologies and EMR systems to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
