Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Document client sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular supervision and training to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with encompass various demographics, primarily focusing on adults facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will aid in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A valid master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions taken against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in a community mental health setting.
• Experience and training with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans that address client needs.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills essential for maintaining client records and collaborating with other providers.

Compensation and Benefits
