Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

OUR COMPANY:Role Overview & ResponsibilitiesThis role ensures the accurate receiving, movement, inventory control, and shipping of materials across the facility, supporting both warehouse and production operations.Key responsibilities include:Receive incoming deliveries and ensure proper storage across the facility.Support daily outbound shipments using carriers such as UPS and FedEx.Create and process outgoing customer orders and shipmentsLoad and unload incoming and outgoing materials.Maintain inventory control of all incoming and outgoing parts.Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.Verify, track, and maintain accurate inventory recordsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentInspect incoming materials for damage or discrepanciesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentRead a tape measure and assist in building shipping cratesQualificationsValid driver’s license requiredExperience in shipping and inventory controlExperience in a manufacturing environment requiredForklift experience required (certification preferred)Ability to lift 50 lbs consistentlyComfortable working in an industrial metal fabrication settingDependable attendance and strong work ethicWork EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing environment.
