Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• May have functional supervision responsibilities over team members

• Preferred certifications in the area of focus, especially for Epic Analysts, proficiency in the assigned Epic module or certification required at the time of employment
• Must maintain certification through ongoing training for new versions

• Lead and coordinate efforts within the designated focus area, ensuring consistency across related Information Services teams
• Oversee application support activities, including Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management
• Serve as primary representative during implementation phases: build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization
• Act as an escalation point for support and optimization in the focus area
• Inspire the team to deliver high-quality outcomes to end users and stakeholders
• Ensure team members follow quality standards
• Apply expert knowledge of applications to achieve customer goals and set standards
• Influence operational and clinical project outcomes
• Coach team members in problem-solving through experimentation, both successes, and failures
• Encourage innovative problem-solving approaches beyond standard practices
• Document and analyze clinical/business operations, processes, workflows, and dependencies
• Prepare organized project status reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to gather information for accurate reporting
• Appropriately escalate issues through the chain of command
• Conduct process and requirement analysis with documentation and stakeholder involvement
• Build relationships with client administrators based on trust and seek new opportunities for the Portfolio team
• Identify and address potential conflicts or roadblocks with leadership
• Distribute workload to meet customer expectations and mentor Analysts
• Facilitate the cross-training of team members
• Stay informed on Epic developments, such as release notes and User Forum updates
• Analyze complex designs and configurations independently and assist others in learning
• Work with application and compliance teams to design effective systems processes
• Act as a liaison with end-users to understand business needs and communicate them
• Manage communication between application teams and facilitate collaborative sessions
• Craft clear internal and external communications to articulate project strategies
• Coach team members in positive manners to enhance self-awareness
• Produce high-quality designs and deliverables for executive leadership
• Manage sensitive projects throughout their lifecycle
• Collaboratively assign tasks while providing guidance to junior team members

• Travel may be required for job duties, and additional hours may be needed during critical situations
