Property Management Accountant: Multifamily HUD properties

Seeking a Property Management Accountant: Family Office Real Estate Accountant Bookkeeper. family office / partnerships.

MUST have experience working with partnership and/or family office setting.
-Manage the office, manage files, insurance, cut checks for partners, deal with yearly distributions, monitor real estate tax liabilities, etc.
HUD (Housing and Urban Development) multifamily experience.
-Oversee outsourced payroll and accounting functions (AP/AR).
-YARDI
-Manage credit cards - accuracy and payments.
-Understand Partnership- distributions.
MUST be self-starter
MUST be computer savvy. xhyhwjd YARDI and QuickBooks
Provide administration help to management.
