Ascending Communications LLC is looking for motivated individuals who want to transition from working in the fiber industry or any industry where you are making someone else rich, to building and operating their own fiber businesses. You don't even need prior fiber experience.

We're looking for hardworking, ambitious individuals who want to take the next step toward business ownership, with guidance, infrastructure, and industry opportunities from an established fiber contracting operation.

You don't necessarily need to know how to build a company from the ground up. We're looking for people with the drive to learn, lead a team, manage operations, and build something of their own.

What We Bring to the Table

Our goal is to help qualified candidates build independent fiber contracting businesses while providing access to the resources and support they need to pursue contracting opportunities.

Through our business development program, we will help you with:

• Business Formation: Guidance on establishing your own LLC and setting up your business properly.
• Insurance Setup: Assistance understanding the insurance requirements needed to operate as a fiber contractor.
• Contracting Opportunities: Access to fiber construction work and contracting opportunities through our network, subject to availability, qualifications, and applicable agreements.
• Recruiting Support: Our team will manage recruiting platforms and help source workers needed to fulfill your contracted projects.
• Workforce Development: Help identifying, recruiting, and building a team capable of performing the work you secure.
• Business Coaching: Guidance on getting started, understanding the business side of fiber construction, and developing your operation.
• Operational Guidance: Support with understanding project expectations, workforce coordination, production, and business growth.

Our objective is to help you spend less time figuring everything out alone and more time building a business capable of producing consistent work and more revenue than you'd make at a traditional 9-5.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

As an independent fiber business owner, you will be responsible for building and managing your own operation, including:

• Establishing and maintaining your own business entity.
• Obtaining required insurance, licenses, registrations, and qualifications.
• Managing workers and ensuring projects are properly staffed.
• Overseeing field production, quality, safety, and performance.
• Meeting project deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Managing business expenses, payroll, taxes, and cash flow.
• Communicating with our team regarding projects and production.
• Building a sustainable business and pursuing long-term growth.

You will be operating your own business, not simply accepting another traditional employment position.

How the Business Relationship Works

The program is designed around a contractor-support and revenue-sharing model.

1. We help you establish and operate your own independent fiber contracting business from LLC start-up, insurance, laborers, all the way to helping you get contracts.
2. We help you navigate the startup process and prepare to pursue available work.
3. We provide access to recruiting support and help connect you with opportunities to fulfill qualified contracts.
4. You operate your business, manage your workforce, and perform the contracted work.
5. Under our proposed business arrangement, Ascending Communications receives 10% of your defined revenue for two years , in exchange for the agreed-upon contracting access, recruiting support, and business development services.

The exact revenue calculation, payment terms, services, and two-year period will be established in a written agreement before participation.

Experience in fiber installation, drop bury, underground construction, aerial construction, fiber splicing, or telecommunications is beneficial but it does not stop you from chasing your dreams of becoming a successful business owner in the fiber industry.
