Job TitleCollide, part of the Propelis Group, provides brand activation solutions across print, promo, digital and fabrication, supporting large and small brands around the world from brand creation to implementation.Position SummarySupports the Print Department by completing material handling, file ripping, electronic transaction, and material preparation tasks according to production standards and schedules.Job ResponsibilitiesGathers raw materials required for printingRemoves completed jobs from presses and delivers to the next operationTransacts inventory movements in a timely mannerRips print files for operatorsSheets and squares raw material according to the schedulePerforms periodic in-process quality checksElectronically transacts material movements, as well as order confirmationsMonitors press scrap for proper recyclingOperates assigned equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules.Performs work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.Monitors quality points at workstation and records required data.Reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor.Conducts operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.Keeps the work environment neat and clean.Additional duties as assigned.QualificationsForklift operating experienceAssociates degree or advanced training/certification in design, graphics, or operations preferred, but not required.Advanced degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and management.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.Ability to work overtime as necessary.Physical Aspects/Work EnvironmentRegularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and see.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.About PropelisPropelis is a portfolio of global marketing services and technology companies with a combined legacy of 150+ years, 2,000+ clients, 9,000 employees, and operations across 30 countries. The U.S. pay range for this position is $16 USD - $18 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
