Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; open to candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in school settings, delivering services to pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication needs typical for ages 4 through 8th grade
• Familiarity with healthcare-related documentation and compliance (IEPs, progress reports, Medicaid documentation)
• Comfortable providing services onsite; teletherapy experience valuable for future opportunities
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy, primarily to 5th–8th grade students, with some services for early elementary students
• Track progress and maintain thorough records per school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams to support student success
• Provide consultative support to teachers and families
