Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, school-based position is ideal for an SLP who thrives working with diverse pediatric populations and is especially passionate about engaging with upper elementary and middle school students. You'll be providing essential onsite services, helping children build communication skills that will empower their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility; CCC-SLP or CFY both encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong proficiency with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Effective collaboration, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite with students in grades 4K–8 (majority 5th–8th grade)
• Commitment to supporting students with a range of speech and language needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments, write and manage IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy services
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop strategies that maximize student engagement and success
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute positively to the school community and foster an inclusive environment
• Flexibly address student needs and adapt interventions as required
