Growth Marketing Operations Manager Location: Remote Duration: 12-Month Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Operations Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns within the FinTech and Financial Services sector. This role will serve as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CRM, Martech, Data, Analytics, and Web teams, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, launch-ready, and delivered successfully. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in FinTech marketing operations and campaign execution, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives while driving operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end activation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Partner with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Data, Martech, and Web teams to align campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Drive campaign readiness, including audience segmentation, tracking, reporting, and platform requirements. Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Develop and improve campaign activation processes, workflows, templates, and best practices. Ensure campaign performance is measured effectively and support optimization initiatives based on insights and reporting. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8-12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Program Management, or related roles. Mandatory FinTech experience - candidates must have experience working within a FinTech organization or marketing FinTech products and services. Mandatory Financial Services experience, including Banking, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, or related sectors. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and campaign operations. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and marketing technology platforms. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Must-Have Requirements

• 8-12+ years of Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Program Management experience
• FinTech industry experience (Required)
• Financial Services industry experience (Required)
• Multi-channel marketing campaign activation and execution experience
• CRM, Martech, Marketing Automation, and Analytics platform experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
