Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor supports the Boston boutique by achieving individual and store sales goals while maintaining luxury retail standards. The role oversees selling floor operations, POS accuracy, inventory preparation, and asset protection procedures. Works collaboratively with the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Meet individual monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals. Organize and maintain the selling floor and workstations, ensure merchandise presentation and stock levels per VM guidelines. Process POS transactions accurately, manage opening and closing tills, and support POS reconciliations. Handle returns and exchanges with appropriate approvals and communicate POS discrepancies to management. Support merchandise flow including tagging, ticketing, replenishment, and inventory preparation. Follow asset protection procedures, key control, alarm protocols, and participate in cycle counts and inventory. Provide high levels of client service, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at POS. Requirements 2+ years of experience in selling and/or a supervisory capacity. Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred. Strong relationship development and communication skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team; strong organizational skills. Open availability to meet business needs.
