Registered Dietitian (RD) The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center – Valhalla, NY Salary: Up to $85,000 per year Full-Time Make a Difference Through Nutrition The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RD who is passionate about improving the health, nutrition, and quality of life of our residents. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Monitor residents’ nutritional status and make recommendations as needed. Collaborate with nursing, physicians, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate in care plan meetings and address nutrition-related concerns. Monitor weight changes, meal intake, supplements, and other nutritional indicators. Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assist with regulatory and quality assurance requirements related to nutrition services. Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
