Warehouse Quality Supervisor - Pharma

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Supervisor to lead our quality assurance efforts within a leading pharmaceutical distribution center. This pivotal Temp-to-Hire role is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations into customer complaints, operational deviations, inventory discrepancies, and quality events.

It involves leading and developing people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency standards. As a key leader, you will drive work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and serve as the primary point of contact between various internal departments and customers.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Provide associates with on-the-job, practical training when opportunities for improvement present themselves
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
• Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies
• Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly
• Determine root causes, implement corrective, and preventive actions, ensure regulatory compliuance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes
• Maintain Quality Management System
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of full-time experience as a Quality Analyst, Sr. Quality Analyst, or Quality Supervisor role
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical or other regulated or high-compliance environment such as Medical Device, Food Distribution, or Cold Chain Logistics.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or another Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards
• Understanding of GDP, GxP, and GMP requirements
• Familiarity xhyhwjd with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
