Revenue Analyst

Role The Revenue Analyst is a key player in the day-to-day management of all opportunities and orders within the Salesforce environment. This role is dedicated to delivering a consistent approach to opportunity management and ensuring the accuracy of all data across our CRM and supporting systems. Additionally, the role includes IT support responsibilities for the Philadelphia office, providing essential technical assistance to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities CRM & Data Management Manage and oversee opportunities and orders within Salesforce to ensure a consistent approach and high data quality Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging and resolving inconsistencies Reporting & Analysis Build and maintain recurring revenue reports and dashboards covering pipeline, win rates and deal velocity Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making Support forecasting cycles by ensuring pipeline data is accurate and current Process & Operations Assist in the quote-to-cash process, including order management Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes and data management Develop and maintain documentation for opportunity management processes and best practices Partner & Stakeholder Support Serve as a point of contact for partner orders, account creation, and key revenue systems Provide support to resolve partner and internal queries, ensuring a seamless experience Enablement Support onboarding and training of sales team members on Salesforce and key revenue systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM data management, preferably within Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
